Well here comes the rain in sunny San Luis Obispo, CA. This is our multiple listings tour but with the rain I am sure it will keep a lot of realtors away. We have our tour every Tuesday from 0915 to 1130 to showcase all the new listings of homes for sale in our town. It is a great way for realtors to be on top of the homes their clients might be interested in. I always invite anyone to come on tour with me.They do not have to be a realtor at all. Someone might be interested in the Leland Terrace Estates or even the Country Club Estates where it is a gated community. We have so much to offer here and prices of homes are getting affordable for lots of people looking for homes.
