Short Sales and Option Contracts.

A lot of our business deals with people who are upside down in their homes and need out quickly. Hardly what we call a short sale in terms to the length of time and energy spent to do. We call them short sales because the lender is going to receive less than the amount own.
The problem is all the hoops a seller has to go thru to get their house sold. Here they are for the most part taking emotional hits on their self esteem and security and not having someone to listen and navigate for them.
That is where we come in. We will help you and take the burden off you.

Of course, you still have paperwork to do, but many of you already have done this in trying to do a loan modification which rarely work. But at least you have done mostly what you need for the short sale process.
