If I only had a dime. Well, maybe enough money to purchase here in San Luis Obispo. It is simply unbelievable that singel family homes are selling for less than $300,000. Three, to be exact, in the last 6 months.
One even sold for $210,000 August 30th. Yes, this home was simply studs, cement and a dirt yard. But, at that price in San Luis. If I only had a dime. Maybe I am too optimistic, but recovery will occur and anyone that misses out on this downturn will be kicking themselves later.
I understand, lots of us are in fear. I have fear, but if I only had a dime. Whether you are an investor or looking to live here. Do not hesitate. Buy. I am not saying, don't do your research and educate yourself on the market. That should not take long. We are at bargain prices. So, plunge in. The water is warm.
