Construction on the Olive Garden restaurant in the Prefumo Creek Commons on Los Osos Valley Road in San Luis Obispo is nearly complete.
And job applications are being accepted online through the restaurant’s website.

Interviews started Feb. 7. After all the new employees have been trained, the restaurant is set to open for dinner service April 2 from 4 to 10 p.m.
The restaurant would start its normal operating hours, which include lunch service, the following Saturday.
The first Olive Garden restaurant opened in December 1982 in Orlando, Fla. There are now more than 750 restaurants across the country.
Prefumo Creek Commons is across the street from the Irish Hills Plaza shopping center at Los Osos Valley Road and Froom Ranch Way.
