Take a look at what is happening in the San Luis Obispo, CA condominium market. In the last 6 months only 16 total condos were actually sold. Interesting to see what these numbers mean to the buyer or even seller thinking of getting into the market at this time.
Of these sales, only 5 were short sales and the buyers of 4 of them had conventional loans. Only 1 actually paid cash.
Talking with other agents, the challenge working with buyers in this market is that the inventory is down and most anything price well will get multiple offers. In other words, there is not enough properties in the market to meet the needs of the buyers.
The situations is such, that we must get more properties on the market for sale, especially this time of year. It is a seller's market and you will have no problem getting your home or condo sold. So, please call me if you want to sell or know of anyone desiring to do so.
