I have been a realtor, now for over 7 years. Came right in when the market peaked and now to see it back to a seller's market at such low prices for homes. Of course, some people believe they should be lower, but I do not think that is going to happen.
The issue now at hand, is there are plenty of buyers out there, but the inventory is so low, almost impossible to find them homes unless they are open to living most anywhere.
I believe there are sellers out there wanting to sell, but can't because they are upside down in their loans. Meaning they would sell at a loss. Hopefully, they can still afford their mortgage.
