How can I Help You As a Seller? Because of our current housing market, the banks, and the economy, I want to help simplify your life…..to help you sell your property as quickly as possible. Time on the market equals lost money. Small, simple, inexpensive changes can create a huge difference and improve your real estate. This includes vacant and damaged properties, as well as properties with current residents. Let me do the work for you! I am a design consultant. I specialize in color, simplicity, balance, clean-up, and de-clutter. I have access to excellent sub-contractors when needed.

I serve as a non-partisan, 3rd party between you and your agent. In a 2 hour consultation, I will show you how to “stage” your property inexpensively, without spending any money (or work on a small budget), and work with everything you already have in your home. My very extensive evaluation includes from curb appeal to the laundry room.
